We represent clients charged with any criminal offense in the Common Pleas, Municipal and Mayor’s courts throughout central Ohio, as well as juveniles charged as delinquents in Juvenile courts. We have represented clients charged with nearly every level of offense including, but not limited to: domestic violence, gross sexual imposition, felonious assault, fraud, forgery, rape, and murder.
We also frequently represent clients charged with “drunk driving” (OVI) and have been specifically trained in and completed the DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing course certified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). This specialized training allows us to aggressively defend our clients in OVI cases and attack the evidence and tests they are subjected to when stopped and arrested of suspected OVI. Additionally, we commonly represent our clients charged with theft, disorderly conduct, and many other misdemeanor criminal and traffic offenses.
