PROBATE

We assist our clients in Probate courts in several different capacities. We often serve as counsel for an Executor or Administrator of a decedent’s Estate as they gather, manage, and distribute Estate property following the death of a family member or friend. We also assist our clients with adoption proceedings, guide clients through the application process for obtaining Guardianship over children or adults, and properly account to the Court as a Guardian or Trustee.
