Growing up in Morrow County, Ohio, David has developed strong ties to the central Ohio area which have assisted him in his legal practice. Following his work as an agent within the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 1968-1970, David began his legal career in 1970 by joining the law office of Mr. John Jeisel in Delaware.
Initially, David’s practice focused heavily on real estate related matters. However, David’s practice has expanded greatly throughout his career. David regularly represents clients in domestic relations matters, business formations and transactions, complex litigation, personal injury, and criminal proceedings. Moreover, David continues to frequently assist clients in estate planning and probate matters.
David lives in Delaware with his wife, Linda, who is also an attorney. David and his wife have two grown sons, Todd - an artist who resides in Sweden and Matt - an attorney living in Los Angeles, California.

A native of Delaware, Ohio, Scott practices law in Delaware, Franklin, and surrounding central Ohio counties. Scott regularly represents clients in domestic relations matters, civil litigation, criminal defense, personal injury, real estate, business law, and estate planning.
Scott has also completed the training certified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in DWI (OVI) Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. This intense training allows Scott to vigorously represent his clients charged with OVI and attack the tests his clients are subjected to when they are arrested for driving under the influence.
Scott is licensed to practice law throughout the State of Ohio and in United States District Court - Southern District of Ohio, located in downtown Columbus, Ohio.

Family Promise – Board Member - a non-profit organization which provides temporary housing for Delaware County families as well as assistance in finding long-term housing and employment
Dot's Tots Foundation - Board Member - dedicated to supporting families offering foster care; children with debilitating diseases, injuries, and/or illnesses; and teenagers in their higher educational pursuits.
OWjL camp – Board Member - a summer residential enrichment camp for gifted and talented children hosted at Ohio Wesleyan University.
